I’m very happy with the service from Chem-Dry. The team successfully removed liquid stains from my brand new white sofa in about 10 minutes, which was a huge relief. The three technicians were polite, professional, and efficient. They were upfront about not guaranteeing full stain removal but still did their best—and the results were excellent. I also appreciated their thoughtfulness in advising me to step out during the application of the protective coating due to the chemical smell. Overall, a job very well done. Highly recommended!

Engaged chem-dry for 2 carpet deep cleaning and 3-seater sofa deep cleaning with sanitiser. One of my carpet was little worn out and they did an amazing job to not just clean but also restore it to the very best possible, they make efforts to collect and deliver it nicely packed. Sofa cleaning was truly impressive especially as I have a dog and it had drool from dog all over and little discolouration that team highlighted and worked little extra on it. Great team and commendable work.
